Software Options: For Hard Wired Call Systems.
- Doctor Sequencing (Next Patient)
Doctors and staff need only look at outside room panels or conveniently placed master panels in order to know which patient is next. Rooms which have fast blinking lights are occupied by the doctor using that sequence light, while the slow blinking light is the "Next Patient" waiting to be seen. A constant on light means additional patients are waiting. An off light is an empty room ready to be filled.
This option automatically finds and signals staff from within any room. When a staff member answers the call, others will automatically be alerted.
This feature allows the telephone operator to press one lighted switch and the system will automatically locate the doctor in the exam room. The doctor may answer back saying "I will" or "I will not" accept the call.
- Call for Assist
A call for assistance can be executed from any exam room with a press of a button. It also indicates the location of an assist that is already in progress.
- Technician's Sequence
Technicians need only look at outside room panels or conveniently placed monitor panels in order to know which patient is next. The room with a slow blinking light is the "Next Patient", a constant on light means additional patients are waiting to be treated, and an off light is an empty room.
- Technician's Sequence with "Hold the Room" feature.
In addition to the "Technician's Sequence" features described above, a room can be reserved for the patient's return from another testing location.
Each press of the timer switch can start the pre programmed count down cycle. Pressing the swatch twice can increase the time, ie., one press could be programmed for 10 minutes, while two presses would time down for 20 minutes. At the end of the timed down period the light will blink and a tone (optional) will sound.
- Pop-in Timer
This option combines both timing and sequencing functions. When a timer has timed down, it will "pop" the patient into the top or bottom of a sequence automatically. This is useful in any timed procedure.
- Patient Arrive Lights
This feature tells various parts of the practice how many patients are waiting and which doctor they are to see.
- Zone Monitor Light
Zone software can analyze any number of groupings or colors of lights which can be monitored at different locations in the practice, ie., doctor's office, dictation area, etc. This tells the doctor how many patients are ready to be seen.
